But when you want to lose weight, and you get into an exercise program that is consistent, you will begin to lose weight, and our bodies shed pounds all over, and because there is lots of fat in the breast tissue, you will notice they will get smaller. There's no one specific exercise though. But doing a walking program and watching calories will make you lose weight and you'll notice your breasts will probably get smaller. Walking is great because you can do it anytime of the year. It gives great results. It's not hard on your breasts. Give yourself a goal of getting to 3 or 4 miles under an hour. It is a great way to burn calories.
