You take your 2 towels & you just slide into a wall like this very slowly & then you slide back & if you didn't feel anything in your abs or if that was too easy – take a couple of steps back and do the same thing again & if you still don't feel it in your abs or if it's still too easy just take some more steps back & do it again and keep backing up until you get a spot where can feel it in abs.
You stay in that spot and you keep doing this exercise over & over and you want to do about 4 sets of 8-to-12 reps and as this exercise gets easier...

Make sure you do this exercise on a somewhat slick or dusty floor --- basically you just need to do this ab exercise on any kind of floor that will allow to slide easy with 2 towels or 2 shirts.

A faster way you can build up six pack abs doing this is to take your towels and slide towards the wall and then you want to STOP once you almost touch the wall and then you want to hold that position for about 5-to-10 seconds But it's very important that when you're sliding towards the wall that you come all the way in until you almost touch the wall so DO NOT TOUCH THE WALL.
