During the summer it's almost impossible to not wear skimpy clothing to the beach, whether you're a guy or a girl. So whether you're planning to look in a bikini or swim trunks, it's important to appear toned and at your best.

This means, of course, you have to put in some work. Check out this fitness video to learn an excellent and effective exercise for whipping your deltoids and rear shoulder into shape.

When you work shoulders you have to hit them with two different types of exercises. You must do both press type and pull (or lateral) type movements.

Presses work your medial and your front head while pulls / laterals work your rear shoulders more.
